Egypt’s ultraconservative party chooses new leader
AP reports (via Compass Cayman), that Egypt’s ultra-orthodox Muslim Salafi Al-Nour party has selected Islamic cleric Younis Makhyoun as their new leader, effectively consolidating theocratic power.
