A homeless man, named Commander X by authorities, which his attorney denies, has been arrested and accused of "Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack on Santa Cruz County computers".
The attorney argues that DDOS isn't a crime and that it is a modern equivalent of a sit-in. What do you think?
