This author and blogger works for the state department and was brought into a movie-scene interrogation room and grilled twice about a Wikileaks link he had on his blog, about a week before his book about his experiences in the Mideast was published. Coincidence?
He spotlights the insane prosecution of state employees who aren't guilty of anything but being dumb enough to work for the government. As he writes:
"Here's the best advice my friends in Diplomatic Security have to offer, as far as I can tell: Slam the door after the cow has left the barn, then beat your wife as punishment. She didn't do anything wrong, but she deserved it, and don't you feel better now?"
