While the comedic lament of the Otpor organizers is focused on I find the lack of transparency in who is paying them or how they keep the lights on troubling.
Also the cool likening of the #occupy protests to the CANVAS orchestrated Arab spring is a bit bothersome, as it does pose serious questions as to who is financing the carnival acts...
That being said, my lifelong paranoia and conspiricism aside, I do think the comedic assaults and non-violent protests are very effective, and like to see the social IQ and social equity of the protesters growing as their calm and organized action gains traction.
