Remember the conspiratorial rhetoric of the 2008-2009 era, where the beaux esprit infotainers posited that Obama would legalize marijuana in an attempt to pacify all the proponents of it, towards issuing in harsher anti-populist laws while still currying favor?
Didn't happen, eh? The fact is that this guy is such a weakling that the DEA & Federal government can do whatever suits their own best interest, such as seizing bank accounts, re-appropriating rent monies retroactively from 15 years ago, seizing properties, and generally harassing dispensary owners and landlords.
