Does the requirement of candidates to consolidate their religious constituencies and conform to civil religion equate to a backdoor 'religious test' for election?
What can be done about this other than enforcing 501(c) voiding of pastors who politic from pulpits, or banning religious questions in debates or campaigns?
Is this necessary? Wouldn't education and teaching logic to children solve this problem better, instead of mandating that Santa Claus not factor into the election process?

Mystic Politics mission is to instigate debate on politics, religion, and science towards a more informed society. Our goals are increasing the authority of alternative media and citizen journalism- and to spotlight political corruption, government conspiracies, religion in politics, and the dichotomy of science and faith.
