Those outside the Muslim faith, and indeed outside the Abrahamic frameworks of thinking, seem to base their declamations and polemics against the Islamic nations on the tenets of Islam.
But it seems that most of the issues we westerners find fault with are supposedly banned by the Qur'an. So if they are not in step with the teachings of their religion, is the religion to blame?
It seems what we should reject is their culture, one that seems associated with Islam only in lip service, and not in actions. Indeed, Islam when looked at from a scriptural standpoint, is more progressive than Christianity is.
What can these male-dominated extremist nations do to re-discover their true faith?
