I advocate a blanket universal decriminalization of marijuana use, and support a tax on marijuana sold in stores, with exemptions for people who trade under 10K annually.
What do you think? Now is the time for this conversation. I would rather dispensaries be paying rent, offering taxes, and creating jobs than putting people in prison for cultivating a naturally growing plant.
