Obama reveals Executive Order designed to respond to threats exposed by Bradley manning and Wikileaks in the Cablegate scandal.
Apparently this system was so wide open after bush-era info-sharing policies came into effect that there was no restriction on the amount of content, nor the range of content visible by eyes who had no business seeing it.
But is it too late? Amid Chinese hacks and god-knows-who infiltrating the databases, is there anything classified about our top-secret info any longer?
