Republicans repress anti-bully legislation, which would impose sensitivity training and other practices to make facilitating bullies or not addressing the bullying a violation of policy, because of the revamped definition of hate-crimes to include targeting due to sexual preference, and are fighting to make tormenting gay children acceptable because it is part of their faith.
Does the freedom of speech and freedom of religion protect one child from the opinions of another? Will legislation work to prevent the behavior or just attach a consequence to the inevitable conflict?
