"The Army private accused of funneling secret documents to WikiLeaks faces a hearing Friday to determine whether he should be court-martialed and possibly jailed for life.
If Bradley Manning is court-martialed and convicted, he could face life in prison without parole, but not the death penalty. His supporters are protesting outside Fort Meade, and plan to hold a rally over the weekend to mark his 24th birthday on Sunday, according to The Guardian."
