Is it fair to compare the post-co-option Tea Party, the hijacked narrative of 2010, to the better organized Occupy movement of 2011?
As a proponent of the first incarnation of the Tea Party I can safely dismiss most of the tenets the author purports to be those of the TP.
Were you anti-war but pro-tax-reform? Did you oppose income tax but support welfare?
